RESERVATION POLICY
Camping Reservation Policy: Reservations are accepted with an advance deposit. Holiday reservations (*) require a 3-night deposit and a 3-night minimum stay. A one-night deposit is required to guarantee non-holiday reservations. Special weekends (**) require a 2-night deposit and a 2-night minimum stay for guaranteed advance reservations. Deposits must be received within 4 days to guarantee your reservation. A valid credit card can be used to guarantee your reservation.
Cabin Reservation Policy: A 3-night minimum stay (5-night minimum June through August) is required for guaranteed advance reservations. A deposit equal to one-half of the rental fee is required to guarantee reservations. Deposits must be received within 4 days of making your reservation. A valid credit card can be used to guarantee your reservation. An amount equal to one-half of the rental fee will be applied to your card at the time your reservation is made. A valid credit card must be presented at check-in.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Camping Cancellation Policy: Deposit will be refunded (less a $10 cancellation fee) if notification is received more than 7 days in advance of the scheduled arrival date. If you cancel with 7 days or less notice the full deposit will be forfeited. In the event you cancel a reservation guaranteed with a credit card, the aforementioned cancellation fee or deposit amount will be applied to your card.
Cabin Cancellation Policy: Deposit will be refunded (less a $50 cancellation fee) if notification is received more than 2 months in advance of the scheduled arrival date, If you cancel with 2 months or less notice the full deposit will be forfeited.
NO SHOW POLICY
Camping & Cabin No Show Policy: All guaranteed reservations will be held until 9:00 AM on the morning following your scheduled arrival. If you do not arrive and have not cancelled your reservation, your credit card will be charged for the full amount of your reservation.
